How to Place Your First Order with PoolMegaStore.com
Select all the items you wish to purchase. As each item is selected, your order is totalled at the top left hand corner of your screen, above the list of categories.

Once you have completed your selections, click on "Check Out".

On the "Check out" page, make sure you have selected all the items you require and the quantities are correct. You can change the quantities by clicking "View Cart" in the left hand box and entering a new quantity in the box and click "Change Order". If you have forgotten an item, simply click "Continue Shopping" to return to the main page.

If everything is correct, click "Check Out" and fill in all the required fields marked with a red asterisk * including your name, billing and/or shipping address (if they are different), telephone number and email address (you will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, as well as an email with the tracking number.

Our system will hold your personal information on file so the next time you need to purchase items, you will not need to enter all of your information, just your credit card number.

Returning Customers
Once you have entered the store by entering your Zip Code, click on "Log In" in the top right hand corner of your screen, enter your customer number and click enter.

On the next screen, enter your "User Name" and "Password" which you entered the first time you purchased from Pool-Depot.com

Once logged in, you can check the status of your order(s), your account history, place a new order, and add items to your "Favorites" list.
